Agency & People

About Us

A few years ago, the leadership team at Sinclair & Co. sat down to distill the agency's focus and mission into a concise, meaningful statement.

The result:

Do good work. Have happy clients.

No shifting paradigms. No mission-critical synergies. No envisioneering (whatever that is).

For almost 24 years, we've sought to simplify and empower our clients' brands, services and products through bold thinking, detailed planning and execution and fresh, elegant, creative solutions. And since we've been doing it for the better part of a quarter of a century, we like to think we're pretty good at it.

But you should be the judge of that.

So what do we mean by "Do good work?" It's work we're proud of. Work that elevates the client's brand and motivates their customers. Work that moves the needle. And frankly, work that's fun to do. But that's been in our DNA for years.

Have happy clients? Of course, an agency should make their clients happy by delivering what's promised and exceeding expectations on a routine basis. But we also want clients to enjoy the process, to contribute their ideas, and to look forward to working (and laughing) with us. A lot.

So if you'd like to discuss turning your emerging company into an established national brand, let us show you what we've done for companies like TransEnterix.

If you're a health care organization that needs to reach patients and professional audiences, check out the work we've done for Duke Health organizations over the past few decades.

Or if you'd just like to do good work and be happy yourself, then let's start a conversation. You can reach me here.
