RALEIGH –Sinclair & Co., a full-service and award-winning advertising, marketing communications and public relations agency, has hired Sarah Frazier as an account manager.

In her new capacity, Frazier will manage day-to-day activities for several of the agency’s clients, keeping them apprised as projects move from concept to execution.

A native of Winston-Salem, Frazier earned her bachelor’s of arts degree in journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Previously, she worked in public relations and business development for MedThink Communications, Capstrat and Gibbs & Soell Inc.
