Despite rumors to contrary, Karen Sinclair didn’t launch namesake firm at age 12
RALEIGH — We at Sinclair & Co. will celebrate our 20th anniversary the same way
we have successfully served clients throughout the years – with enthusiasm,
creativity and fun.
And bubbles — lots of bubbles.
“I think celebrating a 20th anniversary is an excellent reason to crack open a
fine bottle of champagne,” said Karen Sinclair, founder, president and creative
director, before adding, “not that one really needs a reason.”
Karen Sinclair founded Sinclair & Co. in 1988 working primarily with health–care
organizations. Since then, Sinclair & Co. has matured into a full–service agency,
specializing in brand and marketing communications and delivering award–winning

And while Sinclair was somewhat older than 12 when she started the firm, she
